The garden, has a refreshing pool and is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the warm Yucatán sun.

Head up to the terrace on the top of the house to enjoy views of the garden and pool a perfect spot for sunbathing during the day or enjoying a drink under the stars at night.

The home has 3 spacious air conditioned bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, multiple lounge areas ,air conditioned TV room, and laundry room. Weekly house cleaning, and change of linens is provided. The Pool is heated for winter months. Just a few steps from the house, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants and tourist attractions that will allow you to discover the best of Mérida. While the house is spacious we will host a maximum of 4 guests. Private parking is available.

Fully air conditioned, with all the amenities, washer/dryer, wifi, Tv, BBQ,….this house is the ideal place from which to explore the restaurants, shops, and sites of Merida…all within a short stroll of the property. Weekly cleaning and all utilities are included.
